Honoring the legacy of late-‘60s, “large headstock” Stratocaster guitars, this model delivers all the nuances that makes this era of Strat special—a two-piece select alder body, quartersawn maple neck with ’60-style Oval “C” back-shape and parchment-bound, round-laminated rosewood fingerboard, and a three-ply parchment pickguard loaded with Custom Shop hand-wound Texas Special pickups.
Dressed in Relic lacquer Aged Blue Ice Metallic, Aged Ocean Turquoise, Aged Firemist Gold and Aged Charcoal Frost Metallic finishes with Closet Classic hardware, the 1967 Stratocaster looks like a perfectly worn, workhorse that’s seen years and years of gigs, but was handled with care.
