FENDER SAID
Influenced by the "Summer of Love" and "Flower Power" movements of 1967—which left a mark on fashion trends worldwide—Fender introduced the Blue Flower and Paisley Telecaster. These guitars, with their bold appearance created by applying striking patterned sheets across the entire body, offered a look unlike anything seen before. They quickly gained popularity, particularly among rockabilly and country-western players, and have been reissued numerous times since their original discontinuation. These models hold a special place in Fender’s history and are being revived in 2025 as limited-edition models, crafted with Made in Japan quality.
The Made in Japan Limited Stratocaster Blue Flower features an alder body with a gloss finish, overlaid with a Blue Flower pattern sheet. A maple neck with a 1969-style "U" shape and a 7.25-inch radius fingerboard fitted with 21 vintage-style frets offers an authentically classic playing feel. The blue burst on the body’s edges has been re-tinted for a richer, more vintage-inspired appearance.
This model is a limited production run for 2025.
