The Fender Jaguar XK 50 Stratocasters were specially built in 1999 for Jaguar Motor Cars in the UK to mark the fiftieth anniversary of their world famous XK engine. All twenty-five units were handcrafted by Master Builder Stephen Stern.
The burl walnut used to craft the fingerboard and pickguard of this guitar was sourced from the same Jaguar supplier of the dashboard interiors.
The White Connolly Leather gig bag was also from the same supplier who provides Jaguar with the leather for their trim, Connolly, England.
