*Also a few Red Moto sets. The Red Strat had Gold Hardware and Gold Foil Logo.
MOTO was an invention of Fender’s marketing department, changing the original guitar industry slang term MOTS, (Mother of Toilet Seat), used to describe the Laminex-like perloid finishes that became popular in the 1930s, to MOTO, thereby removing any toilet reference.
This Strat comes with a matching white pearloid flightcase and white pearloid Blues Deluxe (made in USA). The amp is a Custom Shop with Pine cabinet and white pearloid covering.
A Few Amp and Case were reliced.
Fender Custom Shop made 250 matched sets.
