The guitar features the Closet Classic treatment. This gives it the look of a guitar made in the '50s, played a little, and then put away to age gracefully in the case with a few small dings, mildly checked finish, lightly oxidized hardware, and aged plastic parts.
Maybe few early models had a V shape neck.
