Replaces ST62
Replaced by Made in Japan Traditional '60s Stratocaster (First Series)
FENDER SAYS
Fender Japan Exclusive Series is a new lineup of Made in Japan that replaces the "Fender Japan" brand, which has been discontinued due to the change in distributor in April 2015.
With its lightweight basswood body with a 3-ply pickguard and the 21-fret rosewood fingerboard, this strat is the successor of the ST62, which reproduced the Stratocaster of the 1960s.
