FENDER SAYS
In October 2004, John Mayer visited the Fender Custom Shop and built his own Stratocaster guitar. Used on many of John’s biggest hits. The Fender Custom Shop, along with John Mayer, have reproduced his Black 1 Stratocaster in every detail. Limited edition Incase Gig bag and hard case included, with a personally-signed letter from John and a DVD featuring multiple interviews with John, Rene Martinez, and a photo gallery. This is a rare opportunity to own a piece of Fender history, as well as musical history. This is also the first time a fender custom shop instrument has ever been replicated.
