This guitar is called the Junior Collection, but it's not all junior-sized and the parts are standard-sized. Only the body and neck are 94%. The pickups are the same, and the bridge uses the standard size, so the string spacing at the bridge is the standard size. In other words, if you want to upgrade the parts of this guitar, you can use the standard size parts.
FENDER SAYS
It is a guitar that adopts a 24-inch scale fingerboard while wearing the looks of the conventional Fender, and is one of the new options for entry players and young people who are starting to play musical instruments.
The 24-inch scale fingerboard makes it easier to hold the chords and reduces the burden on the fingers when pressing the strings, and the compact body scaled down to about 94% and the new body cavity design realize higher playability by achieving weight reduction. This provides higher playability.
The newly designed Junior Collection Modified Single Coil Stratocaster pickups feature a bright Fender Stratocaster tone.
A vintage-type tuner and a two-point support tremolo bridge with a vintage-style saddle ensure tuning stability.
