Fender Japan was never consistent and not every guitar that came off the line matched specs of what was in the catalog.
This Fender Strat is the signature guitar of The Ventures guitarist Gerry McGee! It's a Stratocaster with Gerry McGee's specifications, but first of all, it looks mature and elegant. Furthermore, the pickup is equipped with Lace Sensor Gold! It seems to let you hear a clear and elegant vintage sound. A gig bag (GC-18G/BK) is included as an accessory.
