The Custom Shop N.0.S. (New Old Stock) Stratocaster is a detailed recreation of a mid 1960's Strat built utilizing original tooling and production techniques from the early years of Fender. The Thinskin finish allows more natural resonance of the select alder body to come through, providing the warmest tone possible. The N.O.S. Stratocaster features exact replicas of 1965 pickups that are hand-wound and signed by Abigail Ybarra, the same Fender employee who has built pickups since 1959. Original headstock shape, gear spacing, and pin routed body is standard. Black Tolex Fender case included. The N.O.S. is also available in custom colors, see the price list for details.
